You may not agree with all my philosophies and you may have been told otherwise by other Search Consultants, but if you stick to my guidelines you won’t be sorry. One example is: “Why should I put my age on my resume? I don’t want people to know how old I am.” Well, guess what, if they hire you (and isn’t that why you gave them your resume in the first place?) they are going to find out how old you are anyway! And besides, if you hide that from them, it’s only natural for them to wonder what else you are hiding.
