It is the intention of R.R. Watkins & Associates that the fee for my services is earned only if the employer or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts hires an individual, directly or indirectly within one year of our referral. The fee is also earned in the event the employer refers the candidate to another employer who hires the candidate.
Fee Schedule Amount:
Option A: 20% of the hired candidate’s first year annual salary when paid within 10 days following the hired candidate’s starting date
Option B: 25% of the hired candidate’s first year annual salary when paid in two payments. One half of the fee payable within 10 days following the hired candidate’s starting date, and the remaining half of the fee payable within 10 days following 90 days of the hired candidate’s employment.
The Option is to be selected prior to the hired candidate’s start date. The appropriate fee will be billed prior to the start date, and is due as described in Option A and B above. The replacement guarantee shall apply only when remittance occurs as described.
Should the employee leave or be terminated for any reason within 30 calendar days of starting employment, R.R. Watkins & Associates will replace the employee for the same position, and credit the fee paid for that employee against the fee for the replacement. The client company must use the credit within 365 calendar days of the starting date of the individual terminated.
Any information rendered R.R. Watkins & Associates concerning your company, employment needs and/or open position descriptions will be held in confidence. In return, it is expected that candidate information supplied you will not be communicated outside of your company, except for the normal credit and reference checks conducted with the candidate’s consent.
