R. R. Watkins & Associates is an Executive Search Consulting firm (Executive Recruiting firm, okay…Headhunting firm) that has been creating and using a unique and effective nationwide referral network for finding key people for its clients since 1983. This network is in the form of a manageable database that currently contains over 16,000 people and 5,000 companies and was almost completely created by myself, the firm’s principal, Richard R. (Dick) Watkins.

It has been my focus since 1983 to serve the Real Estate Development and Banking industries, with serendipitous attention to the world of Law and Consulting as it relates to these business sectors. Working With an Executive Search Consultant

The “how to work with us” part of the puzzle is not as hard as it may seem. There are many types of “us” out here and not all of “us” are alike. Really, there are only two things that should be important to you when deciding which Search Consultant to use: experience and results. I have been successfully finding key people for my clients in these disciplines since 1983. As it is in most industries, longevity is a valuable asset in the Executive Search Consulting business.

Thankfully, the results have been better than I dreamed they would be and this business has been very good to me…or I wouldn’t have stayed in it since 1983. In fact, it keeps getting better. I believe it’s because of a unique value I bring to my clients: I am able to effectively use all the information about people and companies that I have created since 1983 to help them find the people they need.
